Executive Coaching​
The higher you are on the organizational ladder, the less likely others in your chain of command are to give you the feedback you need to continue your professional growth as a leader.  In this program, an executive coach will both observe you interacting with others in the workplace and condust 360o interviews with 10-15 of your superiors, peers, and subordinates, compile a theme-based feedback report, help you create a highly customized development plan, and then coach you on your progress against that plan for a 3-6 month period.  This program also includes administration of the CliftonStrengths® assessment as a tool to accelerate your leadership journey.
Workshops
Building  a Strengths-based Team (Full day workshop for an entire team or two or more smaller teams)
In this highly interactive workshop, team members will "Name, Claim, and Aim" their personal strengths utilizing Galllup's CliftonStrengths® assessment, and then will explore team dynamics--trust, collaboration, and communication--from a strengths perspective, ending with personalized individual and team action planning to make the learnings from the workshop sustainable.

Accelerating Trust and Collaboration (1/2 day workshop for team leaders)

Leadership Insights (2 day workshop + individual coaching for upwardly mobile organizational leaders
As you have advanced in your organization, you find yourself spending more time on macro issues and less on day-to-day management.  Now you need a different way of looking at your organization and employees to drive continued growth and competitiveness.  This 2 day workshop explores Strengths-based leadership, systems thinking, leading through VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity), and the leader's role in creating EX (the employee experience).
